Oven Cooked Bacon

Making Bacon in the oven is extremely easy and it comes out looking perfect.  Simply line a cookie sheet (one with edges to catch the grease), with aluminum foil.  Then lay your bacon out side by side, some can overlap but try not to.  Then put the pan in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.  If you want crispy bacon or if you are using thick bacon make sure you add extra time.
